Five village layout: Themed neighborhoods (Italian, French, Caribbean, Seaside, Key West) let multi-generational groups match accommodation style and vibe to age mix, from butler villas for grandparents to bunk-bed concierge rooms for young families
45,000 sq ft Pirates Island Waterpark: Among the largest dedicated resort waterparks in the Caribbean, with 11 slides, a lazy river, surf simulator, and on-deck food trucks so kids never have to dry off for lunch
Camp Sesame partnership: Authorized Sesame Street programming with character breakfasts, parades, and VIP bedtime visits, plus INA and IBCCES-certified nannies including dedicated autism and special-needs trained staff
Free infant nursery 0 to 24 months: A climate-controlled, fully equipped nursery with certified nannies included in the rate, a genuinely rare offering even at luxury Caribbean all-inclusives
Beaches Turks & Caicos sprawls across 75 oceanfront acres along Grace Bay, one of the world's most photographed stretches of powder-soft sand. The property is organized into five themed villages each with its own architectural personality, pools, and tempo. Together they hold 758 rooms across roughly 45 categories, ranging from beachfront concierge suites to multi-bedroom butler villas built explicitly for multi-generational groups. As a flagship family beach resort in the Turks and Caicos, it offers the all-inclusive structure that turns a complex multi-generational trip into something parents can actually relax into: meals, drinks, watersports, tips, and most childcare are baked into one upfront price.
The family infrastructure is what sets Beaches apart from typical Caribbean resorts. Camp Sesame, the resort's licensed Sesame Street partnership, runs two physical clubhouses (in the Caribbean and Key West villages) with INA and IBCCES-certified nannies who care for children from birth through the teen years, with separate age-banded programming, themed parades, and character meet-ups built into the daily schedule. A climate-controlled nursery cradles babies 0 to 24 months, and the included kids club means parents can hand off the little ones without an extra charge appearing on the bill. Above the toddler set, the 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island water park keeps older kids busy for entire days, while a teen lounge, Scratch DJ Academy, and adults-only dining venues give parents and grandparents their own quieter pockets. Across 21 restaurants there is genuinely something for every appetite and feeding age, from fuss-free poolside food trucks to candle-lit grown-up dining, and the resort's scale means dinner reservations rarely feel like a stressful evening logistics exercise.
Navigating the 5 Villages: Which Zone is Right For Your Family?
Spread across 75+ acres on Grace Bay, Beaches Turks & Caicos is essentially an entire ecosystem of family entertainment divided into five distinct villages. Each zone carries a completely different atmosphere, aesthetic, and architectural style:
The Italian Village (The High-Energy Heart): This is the ultimate zone for families with younger kids who want to be right in the center of the action. It features massive, multi-room family suites with separate kids' bunk rooms, and positions you steps away from the main pool, the primary Sesame Street stages, and the entrance to the Pirate Island Waterpark.
Key West Village (The Casual, Quiet Sanctuary): The newest and most relaxed corner of the resort. Dominated by a chic, coastal-classic aesthetic, this zone offers sprawling multi-bedroom villas and houses with private plunge pools. It is the ideal retreat for multi-generational groups or parents looking for a peaceful, unhurried sanctuary to return to after a busy day.
The French Village (The Laid-Back Hub): Home to a massive, family-friendly pool area wrapped in manicured European-style gardens and Parisian-style outdoor bistros. It has a slightly slower daytime rhythm than the Italian Village but keeps you incredibly close to the resort's premium evening dining options.
The Caribbean & Seaside Villages (The Tropical Classic): Shaded by mature, towering palms and lush foliage, these original villages offer a classic, quintessential Caribbean aesthetic. They provide direct, immediate walk-out access to the white sands of Grace Bay and feature quieter, winding pathways that feel distinct from the newer, high-density areas of the resort.
